An educational program to help abused women live a better life
Every human being has rights…
You have the right to be yourself… You have the right to make you own decisions and your own choices… You have the right to be safe.
By participating in the “Pattern Changing…” support group, you will discover ways to break the cycle of abuse and regain control over your life.
LIVING WITHOUT VIOLENCE
Sessions are 3 hours a week for 10 weeks
Among the topics presented during each session, we will discuss:
- Knowing your rights
- Setting limits
- Changing old habits
- Managing your emotions
- Learning self-assertiveness
- Developing healthy relationships
