Our primary focus is the safety and well-being of children and youth. The Children’s Aid Society of SDG also facilitates public adoptions for children and youth whose birth family is unable to care for.
Whether you’re a professional, a teacher, a family member or simply a concerned citizen, know that every call is evaluated individually before any action is taken.
We believe that children do best when they are at home with their families. In only a small number of cases are children removed from a family, since our priority is always to give parents the support and services they need to create a safe home.
